Protect Your Nitrogen Investment With Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizers

Enhanced efficiency fertilizers (EEFs), including nitrogen stabilizers and slow- and controlled-release nitrogen, are forms of fertilizer designed to reduce nutrient losses to the environment and increase nutrient availability to crops. These fertilizers can either slow the release of nutrients for uptake or alter the conversion of nutrients to other forms that may be less susceptible to losses.

This presentation by Nutrien Senior Agronomist Dr. Alan Blaylock and Marketing Representative John Niemeyer discusses EEF products and explore their modes of action and targeted nitrogen-loss mechanisms, including recent research illustrating agronomic efficacy, environmental benefits and economic value.
